I like the combination of the scissors and the fob she sent me. Carol did a wonderful job on this, the colors are beautiful, just my taste, as you can see it perfectly combines with the couch on which I do my stitchings LOL
The fob was packed in a sweet little bag of a lightblue gauze, and she sent me two bags of tea with it. The details she gave me: it's a design of The Prairie Schooler, Garden Alphabet, "J", stitched on Silkweaver 32 ct Belfast Linen with DMC floss. Attached a sweet little sun embellishment.

You are so welcome Joke - I had such great fun stitching for you - I love your blog, by the way... oh, and what great photos to see you opening the gift! Well done!
Isnt it just so cool?! To see our receiver opening a pack we sent with much love and care? I just LOVE that feeling!
Another neat gift from Carol. Its not a surprise anymore! =D
And Joke?... BEAUTIFUL legs, mate! Lucky husband!=P
Janaina =) thank you, I've heard it before, but NEVER from my husband LOL
Hahahahahahahaha... glad I am here to say that! =P
looks great
Joke, a wonderful package indeed! Lovely little fob!! Enjoy
and Janaina... LOLOL!! I am sooo glad I wasn't drinking anything while reading your posting! :)
Lol... =D
Why is that, Wendy?! She DOES have beautiful legs! Husband must be a very distractive guy... =P (I mean VERY!)
ROFL Janaina, what do you think of me??? I have taste, so I have chosen the most attractive husband of the wolrd =) He doesn't mention my legs, but on the other hand, he makes sure I never have to cook LOL
HA! That makes two of us! Not that my DH makes me never cook, but I cook very few times thanks to him. (love you, sweetie!) AND, of course I knew you have a great taste, Joke! Somebody who stitches so beautifuly couldn´t pick anything less than a perfect guy to marry with! =D
So on both parts (stitching and choosing the perfect husband) we can shake hands Janaina :) BTW I love your messages =)
Janaina and Joke - you two are having the funniest discussion here! LOL Oh - my DH does all the cooking too!
Haha Carol, we can start a 'lazy housewives club', you're most welcome :)
However, I'm not lazy, only a bad cook LOL
Hahahahahahaha... Mmm... I am still decinding if I am lazy or not! =P
If you have to think about it, the answer is clear, I think
I think the only lazy ones at Janaina's house are Fefe and Petite!!!
Ooo, I am not lazy - I exercise every day and work full time as a psychotherapist... DH works at home, thus gets the cooking job ;-)
Ok, Carol, so neither of us is lazy I conclude. Janaina is not, according to her friend, I am not, I have a fulltime job as a schoollibrarian, and raise three children. DH is without a job (for the time being) and doens't raise children, just feeds them LOL.
How about a busy-bee-club then ;-)
Sounds good to me!
